Dr. Lee Allison, Lead Pastor
Dr. Lee and Sandy Allison come to Riverside with a wealth of Ministry experience and background. Most recently they served as missionaries in the former Soviet Union for twelve years.
Sandy (A registered nurse) and her Ukrainian partner Dr. Irina established an outreach ministry to the elderly women of Ukraine called "Light for the Lonely". A compassion ministry and elderly care center that offers food medicine, spiritual ministry, and loving care to those who are so close to facing eternity. Compassion and ministry to the community is a central part of Sandy's approach to ministry.
Lee served as the director of leadership development and training in Eurasia. He was also the president of Evangel Theological Seminary in Kiev, Ukraine. Thousands of new pastors, missionaries, and Bible school teachers are needed in Russia, Northeastern Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East, North Africa and India. Lee worked throughout the region to start and revitalize dozens of ministry training centers to fulfil the task of equipping a new generation of Christian Leaders for Erasia. Lee serves to fulfill the task of equipping a new genreration of Christian leaders for Eurasia. Lee serves as a consultant on cross-cultral ministries to the Minnesota District Council Assemblies of God.
Before going overseas, Lee and Sandy served in pastoral ministry for 14 years. They were the founding pastors of Abundant Life Community Church in Blaine, MN. They have two daughters, Julie Klueckman, her husband Gary and son Jack live in St. Paul; and Jana Allison with her husband Arnold and son Liam live in Vienna, Austria.

Pastor Rachael Noga, Children's Pastor
Pastor Rachael graduated from Master's Commission in Fridley, MN at Emmanuel Christian Center in 2004. After participating in Youth Explosion Brazil with Randy Clark's ministry in 2005, she has been pursuing her passion to equip children to minister effectively here at Riverside. She has received her Certification of Ministry through the Assemblies of God.
Pastor Rachael oversees the entire children's department from Lil' Sprouts, our nursery ministry, Lil' Scouts for Preschool to Pre-Kindergarten to Kid's Quest for children Kindergarten through 5th grade. For more information on these ministries, see our children's ministries page.
Pastor Rachael is married to Steve Noga.

Pastor Nancy Block, Oasis Ministry Center
Pastor Nancy is a licensed minister with the Assembly of God. God has gifted her with a unique ability to connect with people. Through Jesus Christ, Nancy has been ministering transformation and sanctification to hurting hearts for over 20 years. God has used her to teach women's Bible studies and marriage classes and to establish cell groups. In 1995, God used Nancy 's ministry to birth the Oasis Ministry Center at Riverside . She has taught Elijah House Video School since 2000.
Nancy and her husband, Steve, have been married for 35 years and have two grown children and 3 grandchildren.
