Pastor Randy Adams, Senior Pastor                                                         

Pastor Randy is an ordained minister with the Assembly of God.  His messages are practical and relevant designed to reaching people where they are at.  His heart and passion is to train people to be Jesus with skin on to reach the world for Jesus.

He has been a youth pastor, Secretary and Treasurer of the Indiana District A/G Youth Department, and a senior pastor before joining us at Riverside .

Pastor Randy and his wife Kelly have been married for 12 years and have one daughter Alexia.

Jim Rogers, Youth Pastor

Pastor Jim has a Psychology degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Florida. Since graduating from college in 1998, he has been working full time in youth ministry. In October 2006, the Lord opened up a door for him to step in as the youth pastor here at Riverside.

Pastor Jim has an extreme passion for youth that has fueled his desire to minister to the students in the surrounding area.  He loves to connect with the youth one-on-one and hear their heart.  We are very honored and privileged to have him on staff.

Pastor Jim and his wife, Megan have one daughter, Anna.

Rachael Noga, Children's Pastor

Pastor Rachael graduated from Master's Commission in Fridley, MN at Emmanuel Christian Center in 2004.  After participating in Youth Explosion Brazil with Randy Clark's ministry in 2005, she has been pursuing her passion to equip children to minister effectively here at Riverside.

Pastor Rachael oversees the entire children's department from Lil' Sprouts, our nursery ministry, Lil' Scouts for 3 & 4 year olds to Kid's Quest for children age 5 - 5th grade.  For more information on these ministries, see our children's ministries page.

Pastor Rachael is married to Steve Noga.  She is currently taking Berean courses to become a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God.

Pastor Nancy Block, Oasis Ministry Center

Pastor Nancy is a licensed minister with the Assembly of God.  God has gifted her with a unique ability to connect with people. Through Jesus Christ, Nancy has been ministering transformation and sanctification to hurting hearts for over 20 years. God has used her to teach women's Bible studies and marriage classes and to establish cell groups. In 1995, God used Nancy 's ministry to birth the Oasis Ministry Center at Riverside .  She has taught Elijah House Video School since 2000.

Nancy and her husband, Steve, have been married for 35 years and have two grown children and 3 grandchildren.
